Return & Exchange Policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report.
Before returning your goods please contact us in order to send you the correct returning address. When we receive a returned shipment, an email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).

Unfortunately currently we cannot offer you to refund orders on your’s remorse. Returns for products, as well as size exchanges have to be offered individual at your expense and discretion. Please contact us if you are not happy with the order and we will try to find a good solution for you!
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us an a clear statement - A letter, a telephone call or returning the goods with a clear statement could meet this requirement, but the burden of proof of having withdrawn within the time limits should be on the consumer. For this reason, it is in the interest of the consumer to make use of a durable medium when communicating his withdrawal to the trader. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired. Consequences of the revocation: If you revoke this contract, we have to return you all payments which we have received from you, excluding the delivery costs (if already shipped) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You have to return the goods to Rave Wear, immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract hand over. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Exceptions to your right of withdrawal You are not entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal for contracts relating to: (a) the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs; and or (b) the delivery of goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and the seal of which has been removed after delivery. - End of revocation -
